We needed a new mattress for my dad's bed. He doesn't use it as a hospital bed; it's just a long narrow sturdy bed that fits nicely in his preferred space.The mattress did not come from Clackamas, Oregon as the website suggested. It instead came to us from Tukwila, Washington, a place called Bed Med.The description on the packing slip had the wrong dimensions: 75 in long, not the 82 inches long I'd ordered; 26 inches wide, not the 33 inches wide I'd ordered. But we were already in the process of opening it and found that a tag attached to the case in which it was compressed had the correct dimensions handwritten quite legibly on a sewn-on cloth tag. The dimensions were just fine, the packing slip was wrong.There were no particular instructions on how to get the mattress to expand, but we guessed one needed to release it from the plastic packaging, and fairly quickly it did expand to a reasonable size and a reasonable softness.The other thing that I had been concerned about was there was no fitted bottom sheet that I could find of the appropriate size. Mostly based on comments from other Amazon buyers I bought the item with the below description and it fit just fine. Nice and tight, looks like it was made for the mattress.
