It is very comfortable and firmThis is the most perfect night sleep I believe I have ever had.the mattress arrived in a box, all vacuumed packed. It’s heavy, but firm, which is what I wanted. The seller is a dream to order from. I am very pleased.I opened the package as soon as I received it. There was no odor and it only took a few hours to reach its full size. My hips and back feel wonderful on it. I can’t say enough good things about this mattress!The Idle mattress company doesn't exist anymore for a reason.Sellers are just trying to get rid of stock.The description says medium/firm, but is far from it. I sank in a few inches at least. It also did NOT cool.Coming from an 11 year old innerspring pillow-top this thing was unbearable.Seller also gave a run around on return/refund. Offered less than half what was paid for to begin with. Had to push them to follow standard Amazon refund policy.Giving 2 stars generously since they eventually provided a full refund.Very thin but very comfortable! I love that I can’t feel anyone getting on or off the bed disturbing my sleep, I do wish it was thicker as I feel like I need a box spring for my support since its low but it plumped quick and has been a lot better then my previous mattress.The most comfortable I felt in a while, this bed is for my son and it’s perfect!Very comfortable and I slept great. Super soft and feels great. Well done!Best mattress ever! Arrived on time, Very well packaged and sealed. Made less than 3 months ago. After unpacking, put the mattress on the shelf. Left for about two hours and it became full in size. I'm picky and I like a soft bed so I bought one. Not disappointed at all the bottom is firm enough to keep you from sinking in and the top layers are soft enough to make it feel like you’re laying on a cloud. It is a very nice mattress. Sturdy and firm enough to give you support and soft enough on the top layer to let you sink in a little bit. Awesome purchase, highly recommend!
