This mattress topper was a delightful surprise. I got it on sale so it was even greater value for money. I got this topper because my old spring mattress was showing its age and I was waking up with severe body pains every morning. This has completely solved the problem. I was planning on using it as a temporary solution until I can afford a new mattress but now I may just keep it as is. It's that comfortable.My back pain and the nerve pain in my right hip from sleeping on my side are also completely gone.One thing to note: Do allow the full 72 hours to allow it to puff up. The thickness is entirely different after that time has passed. (I actually thought it was too thin after the first night but eventually, it puffed all the way and is perfect).Great value for money, great night's sleep. 10/10 would buy again!This has just enough padding (1.5-2") to add a layer of comfort, while not making the bed overly soft. If you need to add a lot a cushion, get a topper. This pad isn't meant for that.To give you an idea of what it can do, I used it to cover the gap (or "butt crack" - lol) between 2 twin beds that I wanted to make a king. It works perfect. I can't really feel the gap at all and the beds are joined as if they're one.It is cooling, but keep your expectations realistic. It can't work miracles. Get cooling sheets, a light blanket, and adjust room temp. for best effect.I'm really glad I found this and the price is on point. I hope it lasts a long time. I would prefer it to be waterproof but I'm still very happy.I was waking up each morning with sharp pain in my lower back, severe enough that it made getting out of bed a severe challenge. Since putting this mattress cover/pad whatever on my (2 months old new mattress) the pain has not reoccurred. Now it is only four mornings, but they have been pain free mornings.My ONLY quibble with it is that the description says that it is 3 inches deep. That is an exaggeration, I would guess 1 1/2 to 2 inches. However, it was at a good price and, I think, a good value for the money. Most definitely worth trying prior to investing in a cover costing two or three times a much.I bought this mattress topper for college and honestly it’s very great very comfortable very soft. It doesn’t feel like your bed is a jailbed. I recommend it for anything really college or your kids bed This is a very good mattress topper and it’s definitely worth the money.My king needs a new mattress period! But before spending hundreds on a new one I decided to try this topper and man you feel the comfort instantly! This topper easily fits over the mattress with no issue, and it's even large enough to go under the bed some distance so you won't need to worry about it somehow slipping off.It is night and day in terms of softness and cushioning after putting it on. You sink into it a little and the rest envelops you comfortably. So far, the "cooling" aspect of it is definitely better than others I have tried before, but since I can be a human furnace it can sometimes still warm up a bit. That's something a fan can easily fix though.Overall, I highly recommend it.This was a good purchase. Add a little more to my pillow top mattress.
