This does not come with a box spring! Keep that in mind. The bed is comfortable. But, I only slept on it for a week so far. It's firm but not uncomfortable. Delivery was awful (they couldn't find my address) but costumer service were professional and did everything they could so that I received my matters on the day it was supposed too. Please please make sure they have your cell number or a phone number to contact you or they won't deliver. If my opinion changes on the mattress comfort I'll update my experience with it.By the description I guess I expected more. It is just a spare bed. Be sure to note the mattress and box spring make the bed very tall. Box spring has many strings hanging from the sides and the black cloth under covering wasn't put on evenly so one side sagged a bit.It doesn't affect the function of the product. It would have been too big of a pain to send back so I kept it. Like I said, it is for a spare bed.This full size bed was perfect for my dads apartment. It is a firm enough matress so that it makes getting in and out of bed easier for him. I was very impressed on the delivery of this item. The delivery kept me up to date with the progress and they called when they were getting close to the location. Very pleasent delivery.Bought this mattress/boxspring for my stepson who just got an off-campus apt w/some friends. He said it's very comfortable & "really nice looking"... I scheduled a delivery for 3 wks after purchase (to another state), so I was a little concerned, but delivery was on time &all went smoothly! Would def recommend the item AND the seller.Had shopped around quite a bit at different stores we were not satisfied and tired of shopping. Someone suggested Amazon. I'm hooked Love the mattress, sleeps very good. Suggested to a couple of other families that were looking. Like the quick service and the price was great also. The foundation though was missing the corner plastic protector pieces. It's a small thing but it was pictured on the item photo and the foundation corner can get damaged without them and your supposed to get what is presented to you.The mattress is ok but it could have been better but the box spring I don't like at all, i's not very good in quality and seems like the wood is not secure tightly.I gave it to my granddaughter. I would not order again from company
