I bought a picture from etsy from the UK and by the time it shipped to the US, the frame was broken. Now I have to find an A4 frame . Didn't think it was gonna be difficult, but it really was. Everything was either too pricy or the shipping was insane.Cut to about a month ago, I do my regular A4 frame search to finally get this picture framed and up on the wall and BAM! I see that there's an A4 frame that's under $10 on Amazon. Easiest decision I ever made.Is it the best frame ever? No. You would know that going in when you saw the price tag. It gets the job done though and it looks fantastic on my wall.I needed an A4 frame for a photo portrait; unfortunately, the only hanging hook on the back of the frame is for hanging with a landscape option. No big deal - it still has a stand for sitting on a table. And the seller was fantastic.This frame can be used for standing or mounting, but the stand gets in the way of the wall mount. I found I could trim the stand with regular scissors so it didn't overlap the frame, but that wasn't the most convenient. The frame also looks cheap, and the plastic window feels Like it would be really easy to scratch. The backing is held on my metal you have to bend out rather than turn. I'd never seen that before.Since I wanted a cheap A4 frame, I got this one. It was just right for my uses. This isn't the frame to get to mount a certificate you'd put on prominent display.Bought these frames because I needed something simple and cheap. I thought there would be more options for some cheap plastic frames but I guess I was wrong. I didn't want really heavy solid wood ones that I would pass down to my great grandchildren, but I did want a nice finish around my art prints. These fit the bill perfectly. They are nice and sturdy, with backs that you can either hang or put on a table. Easy to take apart and put back together. Great frames for my needs!These fit A4 size paper. This is the standard for companies like Alison, who send you certificates. If you are in the US and you order of achieve certificates from overseas, you probably need this frame. The only real con is that it's flimsy for the money. For $9, it needs to be more sturdy.I bought this for my organization that has a lot of misc certificates and awards to showcase and needed a larger number.Its simple, affordable and study.Exactly what we needed. Husband's PhD certificate from the UK fit in this perfectly. It's a hard size to find in stores, so it was a great find for the price. Not fancy or high-end, but it does the trick. Other reviewers said theirs came broken or missing pieces, but we did not have a problem with that.A low cost A4-sized frame. It is as I expected. It's a relatively light weight plastic frame with plastic insert, so likely fragile. That's not a problem, though, as I expected it. The backing of the frame lacks a hook to hang. Also, it hangs rather awkwardly b/c there is a piece on back to display the item on a desk or table. Minor quibbles. I wanted a low price frame, and this fills the bill. If you want wood, or something sturdier, not a good choice. If you just want a frame, it's a fine choice.A great wee frame. Recommended.Looks nice enough but is very flimsy. Hanging hook failed/detached from back and so frame fell off the wall within minutes of being put up. The hanging hooks simply are not strong enough to take the weight of the frame. Had to attach 2 screws into either side of the frame to tie string between them in order to hang picture on the wall - it looks fine now its up. But if you don't want to do any DIY on the frame in order for it to actually hang on wall its probably worth spending a little more on a more robust/better quality frame.This frame is so light there's no substance to it. Also it was scratched and didn't have a hanging hook. I was expecting better quality for the money paid. I have purchased better in a different shop for less money. I will not buy again and I wouldn't recommend either. I can't be bothered to return it. Too much hassle with all the Covid restrictions. I wated my money. So buyer beware. Very very flimsy.Ordered this frame along with a metropolis art poster as I like that kind of wall art.The frame is a mat black plastic frame with the usual glass front. It fits a4 perfectly without cutting much of the sides.The frame is well worth the money.The plastic front doesn’t come protected like frame I’ve had before which means it has many small scratches on it. It is also quite a flimsy peace of plastic that hasn’t been cut well. It just about does the job it needs to by the wood backing smells horrible and so I worry it will make my whole room smell like it if I put it up. It’s already ruined the poster. Not happy and at this moment in time I wouldn’t recommend :(
