I ordered this bed frame to go along with a mattress also purchased on Amazon to go into my college apartment. I was pretty skeptical about ordering a bed set online, as I have never done so before. My parents have never been a fan of ordering large, important, and expensive items online because they believe you should try before you buy. However, the price was great and the description fit exactly what I was looking for.The package came for the bed frame in a surprisingly small box for the size of a queen bed frame, however its weight definitely required two able-bodied people to bring it up to a second floor apartment. My father and I opened the box up to pieces broken up in sets put together by zip ties and plastic bags. There were directions and labels that made assembling the bed pretty simple. Of course, even with directions, assembling furniture can be somewhat frustrating. A little bit into the process we realized that a drill would drastically speed up the process of fastening all of the screws for the outside of the frame. However, after the outer bars and legs of the frame were set up, installing the many bars that support the mattress in the middle was a breeze. There were no tools to be used for this part except a mallet to make sure the bars were all the way into their slots. The assembly took about 45 minutes total with two people helping out.As for the assembled bed, I have had zero issues. The mattress fits perfectly on top of the frame. The frame is also very sturdy. This was also my first time buying a mattress and frame set that does not require a traditional box spring, which I was also skeptical about at first. However, the frame is a perfect height off the ground, and does not need a box spring at all for comfort. The mattress does have a slight tendency to slide from side to side, but only if it is really jumped on. There are also some fasteners you can buy to stop this but I have not had enough of an issue to purchase them.Overall this bed frame is worth the money and surpassed my expectations. It is cheap in price, comfortable, sturdy, easy to assemble, and obviously comes right to your door. It has given me a great night of sleep for a couple months now and I have no reason to believe my opinion will change on it.I love the height on the bed, it is pretty quiet. I have a memory foam mattress and when I laid down for the first time the bed was very firm..too firm but within a few days I was sleeping like a baby. The frame is very sturdy & if you're worried about hitting your toes or feet, POOL NOODLES are an awesome hack for that. I just love this frame. I'll be getting 2 more for my 2 daughters rooms as well. The storage underneath is great, & frees up space, my dog and my kitten love being under my bed now. I definitely recommend this product. It will be helpful to have someone "handy" to help with assembly though.This was exactly what I needed for my apartment. The price was perfect, do I didn’t have to buy something second hand, and my som swiftly and easily put it together. Tje rounded corners are a tremendous benefit but the best part is the sturdiness and stability and STORAGE SPACE under my bed!!! Highly recommend. Five stars!My sister-in-law was in need of a new queen size bed frame & heard about one purchased on Amazon by a friend. Since my sister-in-law does not have an Amazon account or access to the internet I helped her search for one.We found this one which had mostly good reviews. However when the bed frame arrived the box was slightly damaged & upon closer inspection everything inside was good. Upon assembly is where it became difficult. One of the legs would not screw correctly into the longer side frame piece. The inside piece for the screws was welded incorrectly. I immediately emailed the company describing the problem. After six days & no response I emailed again, they said they didn’t receive my first email. We sent pictures of the defective part & a detailed description of the problem & within a few days they sent a response indicating a replacement bed frame was being shipped. (We did not have to return the defective bed frame.) The new bed frame went together perfectly & my sister-in-law loves the sturdiness & storage space under the bed frame. She did put a rug pad between the frame & mattress to keep it in place which works perfectly. She would definitely recommend this bed frame.Best bed frame ever. My son bought one and I had to get one. Post op from a major back surgery. This frame took 10 minutes to put together and can hold so much weight without ANY noise. Exceptional quality and reasonable priced.Really pleased with this frame. Although we originally received the wrong size, Amazon picked it up and sent correct one (king). I assembled it by myself in a short time and we are really happy with it. It is VERY firm, so a form mattress plus this might be too much. We have used it with a hybrid mattress (Leesa, too firm) and now with a Tempurpedic (perfect).Love the height, can stack lots of stuff underneath. With a long bedskirt, no one can tell.Definitely recommend.Our daughter loves it.. we got it for our twin grandsons that are 4 and sleep together.. they love the top bed part.. and making a fort under it! Win winMy girls cats just love it cuz they can go under it sleep eat and play with out lay on the belly and I love it cuz I jave a bad back and it feel a lot batter then I got it.
