I was quite excited to get this hybrid mattress. I have a medical condition that in which I am safer sleeping on my side rather than my back. That is why I was so excited to get this hybrid mattress. Because it claimed to relieve pressure and even showed a drawing of such. I have been sleeping, but not without pain. I wake frequently throughout the night to turn to the other side so the side feeling pain can recover. You shouldn't have said or even suggested that this mattress would relieve pressure. You should have just said that it was a hybrid firm mattress. I am saving up for a mattress topper now. I hope to find one at least a couple inches thick, maybe three, that will be soft enough to relieve the pressure of my side when I sleep. My suggestion, described your products more accurately in the future.Daughter needed a cheap bed. I was surprised that she found it comfortable.Got for my youngest son and he says it's not a bad mattress but the inner springs are uncomfortable. Doesn't really seem to be memory foam at all. Did realize when I bought it it was an inner spring mattress. Okay quality for the price.I was replacing the lumpy mattress on my futon and this mattress looked like a good replacement, but I should have read the other reviews better since the overall review was 4 stars, but the comfort reviews further down were mostly 2 or 3 stars; how does a product get 4 stars when it was consistently rated much lower. Anyway, the old lumpy mattress was actually more comfortable than this new one. It said it had a memory foam layer, but all I can feel are the coil springs. Did they forget to put it in because after 48 hours, the mattress still looks like it hasn't fully expanded. Like another reviewer said, "How do you send it back once opened?" Can't put the Jeanie back in the box! So instead, I spent another $120 for a memory foam topper; should have bought a decent $350 mattress to begin with.I unwrapped this a couple hours ago to replace the crappy “mattress” that came with my camper. This is a $200 cheap mattress, and that is what I expected. It’s supportive, bouncy, and a just a little noisy. I just ordered a 3” topper to put on it, because I want it a little more cushy than it came. The Foam Layer on this is extremely thin. You get what you pay for, and for me this will work just fine when I get a topper on it. If you expect fine quality, pay more to begin with.The 4x4 boxing really deterred me, I was thinking of a different shipping method but low and behold, I'm thankfulI'm not too sure what happened, but just in case anyone orders this, it is NOT a full memory foam bed, I wasn't sure what to think when I sliced the wrap around the bed, it popped and sprung open, barely hitting my sister. It was just not what we expected. Its like a coil spring mattress. It moved too much. I would have gave it a better rating, but I couldn't.It’s so light weight that it slides around on the bed like crazy and it has springs in it I guess I should’ve read closer my bad. I bought a 4 inch memory foam to put on top. not my favorite mattress but I was in a position where I had to keep it and now it’s too late to return it so there you have it
